Terms of Service

By hiring me, the client agrees to the terms below. Violation of the terms will result in the revocation of usage rights and consequently the customer will be added to the blacklist.Guidelines
• Be clear when ordering, with visual and textual references, as specific as possible.
• NSFW artwork can be ordered as long as they meet the following requirements: Character of legal age (or aged), creator's permission in the case of OCs. I DON'T DO Gore and Ero-Gore.
• After delivery of the artwork, no changes can be made to it by third parties or by the client without prior authorization. The artist's signature must never be removed.Process and Delivery
• The ways to contact the artist are via Twitter (DM), Discord (LadyWolfbiss#1538) and Email. You can view artist availability and waitlist via Trello.
• The deadline varies according to the artist's complexity and availability. The production time is stipulated during the budget, usually between 1 week and 4 months.
• Arts with a tight deadline may see changes in their values. Any unforeseen event on the part of the artist must be informed to the client.
• The artist will be in contact throughout the process, sending drafts, changes and steps.
• Customer will receive completed artwork only after full payment has been approved.
• Orders are available via the Google Drive link for a period of up to 6 months.Payment
• The estimate is completely free and without commitment. Payment is made 50% when placing the order, and 50% at the end of the artwork, or 100% when placing the order. I accept payments via Pay Pal (Invoice). The service fee will be added to the final amount..
• Changes are free during the sketching process, as long as they are not drastic changes like redrawing the drawing in another pose.
• After final approval of the draft, complex changes to the design will result in increases in value and the deadline may be re-stipulated.Refunds
• Refunds requested prior to draft approval will be honored and 90% of the amount already paid will be refunded.
• Refunds requested after approval of the draft will only be granted in cases where the customer has paid 100% of the initially agreed amount and the refund will be 40% + approved draft.
• In cases where an artist decides to cancel the artwork, the amount refunded will be 100% of the amount already paid.
• In cases of cancellation where the art is very advanced, the refund may be lower, according to the work already carried out.
• Refunds will not be granted for customer dissatisfaction with the final result, as changes could have been made during the part development process.Privacy
• Both artist and client are under no responsibility not to expose personal information (such as address, documents, etc.) to the general public. With this type of information being able to be used only in cases of judgment, if necessary.Rights and duties
• The artist sees herself as having the right to deny requests that she considers offensive, uncomfortable, that could bring her negative returns, and/or that are beyond her capabilities.
• The artist reserves the right to add artwork to the portfolio and the right to post artwork. If the customer does not want or wants secrecy regarding the order until a specific date, he must be informed during the order and we will come to an agreement.
• The customer must mention an artist and/or credit the art if he decides to post. When purchasing the artwork, the customer only has the Personal Use right.
• For Commercial Use, it must be agreed upon during the quote with the addition of a commercial fee and the customer will receive the usage rights.
• Customer may not modify, trace, copy or take credit for artwork.
• The artist's art must never be used or related to NFT or AI (Artificial Intelligence).
